Break Barriers
A live brief led by D&AD and Adidas - the challenge was to break the barriers young girls face when participating in sport. I targeted the lack of female sports coverage in the media and TV. I found an old CRT Television to raise awareness about how 'old fashioned' the media is with their unequal coverage and gave it the 'Three Stripes' treatment to inspire a new generation of young female athletes. My digital concept was an appication which combined the world of sports and social media. A safe space for girls to find new clubs and events, meet friends and stay healthy. Personal trainers and athletes can upload and grow a following which also supports up-and-coming female faces women can look up to and support in the media.
